Well now nobody overlooks them, they’re a force to be reckoned with. Using a mixture of persuasion and violence they have people everywhere, often working under the surface they are the crucial cogs in every part of society.

Cards

Crime and the city have grown rapidly over the last few years. The flat foots have struggled to keep their heads above water. Many have chosen an easy route and turn a blind eye. Other stand tall and proud against the rising tide of crime doing what they can to enforce the law.

The void left by prohibition was soon filled by ruthless and ambitious men. Men who would do anything to make a few more dollars, or millions in some cases. If a bribe fails they are just as happy getting what they want through violence.

The agents of the Bureau of Prohibition are responsible for direcly enforcing the National Prohibition Act. The Agents are low paid and of mixed quality. For each man who can be counted on to enforce the law comes another whose pockets are lined by the moonshiners and gangsters and whose belly is lined with the liquor they're supposed to stop.

Elias Hayden Gold is a cousin associated with the Peaky Blinders and an expert falconer and all round good fellow with a soft spot for all kinds of animals. He acquired Perkins, a red-tailed hawk, as a chick and is very calm and educational at suggestions Perkins is a vulture.
The Birdman may use Perkins once per scene as a legendary ability. One 28mm metal miniature, base and rules card. Unpainted.
The meticulous Belgian detective solves intricate mysteries with his sharp intellect, methodical approach, and impeccable attention to detail. He will assist Agents and Police in the pursuit of criminal gangs and lawless activity. He, uses his once per scene ability to see the determine the motives and intentions of the criminal mind by manipulating his or his opponent's deck.

The Bagman may join any gang. Jimmy Vince is a professional, a discreet courier who just gets paid.
The Bagman has deep pockets and knows how to use them to influence the outcome of a skirmish. Vince uses his ability to influence the dice for one turn.
