The Bootleggers are stretching their influence across Chicago. For too long they have been overlooked, seen as nobodies if they’re seen at all. Well now nobody overlooks them, they’re a force to be reckoned with. Using a mixture of persuasion and violence they have people everywhere, often working under the surface they are the crucial cogs in every part of society.

From the harsh economic conditions of their bleak, industrial hometown of Birmingham, the Peaky Blinders bring a new type of street violence and organised crime from Small Heath to Chicago. With a distinctive dress style and their peaked flat caps, a love of fighting and a cunning network of contacts, protection rackets and gambling interests, the immigrant Peaky Blinders are slicing out a chunk of the city for their own.

The void left by prohibition was soon filled by ruthless and ambitious men. Men who would do anything to make a few more dollars, or millions in some cases. If a bribe fails they are just as happy getting what they want through violence.

In The Chicago Way you control a gang of driven men determined to achieve their goals no matter the cost. Choose from hard nosed Gangsters, two-bit gangs of Moonshiners, unswerving Prohibition Agents or bright eyed squads of Police officers.
Campaigns in The Chicago Way represent a season of violent activity as the "good guys" and the "bad guys" tussle for control of their patch against rival bootleggers, or to sweep the streets of the criminal fraternity.

Cards
How the cards work in The Chicago Way to control the flow of the action and how they are used in the player's hand to enhance his/her own guys or interfere with the opponent.
Playing the Game
Summary of the actions models may take: Move, Aim, Shoot, Reload, Recover.
Shooting
The shooting sequence covers modifiers on hit rolls, weapon types, results of shooting, cover, falling and under fire markers.
Includes specialist weapons such as the Tommy Gun and pump-action shotgun.
Interruptions
Details how models may interrupt opposing models' actions by doing a duck back or quick shot.
Nerve Tests
How hits trigger Nerve tests and "Big Nerve" tests.

Campaigns

Crime and the city have grown rapidly over the last few years. The flat foots have struggled to keep their heads above water. Many have chosen an easy route and turn a blind eye. Other stand tall and proud against the rising tide of crime doing what they can to enforce the law.

These folks have been making liquor for themselves for years. Now they get to make it on a grander scale and for more profit. They may not be the slickest operators but make sure you don't cross them, you don't want to find yourself in a blood feud.

The agents of the Bureau of Prohibition are responsible for direcly enforcing the National Prohibition Act. The Agents are low paid and of mixed quality. For each man who can be counted on to enforce the law comes another whose pockets are lined by the moonshiners and gangsters and whose belly is lined with the liquor they're supposed to stop.
