For their application it is recommended to mix them with a small amount of some medium (varnish, paint, pigment fixer, but we especially recommend Master Medium) and apply it by extending it as much as possible onto the surface. An excessive amount of medium can attenuate the metallic effect. An adequate amount of medium will allow the pigments to be airbrushed.
They can be mixed with other colors and paints to add variations or hues. They can be used with both acrylic and non-acrylic paints and mediums, and in combination with epoxy resins. They can be also used in combination with accelerating oxidation products to create real oxidation effects. They can be polished after application with something smooth. You can vary the effect using different dilutions and varying lengths of soak. Using less product, you can achieve even better results than with our previous formula.
