Pure Metal Pigments A new special range of powder pigments, Pure Metal Pigments. They are pigments elaborated from real metals, giving them a high degree of realism. For their application it is recommended to mix them with a small amount of some medium (varnish, paint, pigment fixer, but we especially recommend Master Medium) and apply it by extending it as much as possible onto the surface. An excessive amount of medium can attenuate the metallic effect. An adequate amount of medium will allow the pigments to be airbrushed. They can be mixed with other colors and paints to add variations or hues. They can be used with both acrylic and non-acrylic paints and mediums, and in combination with epoxy resins. They can be also used in combination with accelerating oxidation products to create real oxidation effects. They can be polished after application with something smooth. It is recommended to apply onto matte surfaces for a better grip. Content: 30ml REMARKS:- Each bottle includes 30ml of the product by volume. Due to the high compaction capacity of these pigments, when opening the can, it could give the visual sensation of including less product. Krijg een mooie punt weer terug in je gebruikte penselen! In water oplosbaar en vlekt niet. Semi-transparante kleur. Gebruik deze gel na je verfklus om ze mooi en schoon op te bergen. Gebruik: draai de punt van je penseelharen in de gel op je vinger, en vorm tussen duim en wijsvinger de punt van je penseel. Laat dit drogen voor 10min en berg je kwast op. Voor je weer gaat schilderen, veeg de punt van de penseelharen over een vochtige spons of natte vingers om je penseel weer zacht te krijgen. Holografische (regenboog) verf Deze holografische verf is op alcoholbasis en voorzien van microdeeltjes die de lichtgolven van diverse lengten reflecteert waardoor er een regenboogeffect ontstaat met een metaalachtige finish. Kies elke (gloss) kleur als basislaag. Het effect zal afhankelijk zijn van het aantal opgebrachte lagen verf. Meer lagen betekent een meer intens metaalachtige finish. Maar als je teveel lagen gebruikt zal het holografisch effect verminderen. Dus zet met je airbrush een laag op, laat drogen en bepaal dan of je nog een laag wilt aanbrengen. Werk zo door tot het gewenste effect. Wanneer je het oppervlakte blootstelt aan licht (welk dan ook) dan reflecteert de laag. Gebruik een gloss vernis / gloss varnish om dit effect te versterken. Matte vernis zal het effect verminderen. Het is niet nodig deze verf aan te brengen. Niet geschikt voor kwast, alleen airbrush. Pure Metal Pigments A new special range of powder pigments, Pure Metal Pigments. They are pigments elaborated from real metals, giving them a high degree of realism. For their application it is recommended to mix them with a small amount of some medium (varnish, paint, pigment fixer, but we especially recommend Master Medium) and apply it by extending it as much as possible onto the surface. Het makkelijkste is om de kwast in de fixer te dopen (gebruik een klein beetje in een eierdopje bijvoorbeeld) en tip dan de pigment aan.
